Strategic Foresight Advisor
Alannah RossI help organisations understand where human experience is heading — and build the commercial strategy around what comes next.

Founder of two women’s health ventures and mentor to founders globally, I work at the intersection of healthtech, wellness and longevity — helping consumer brands and tech startups build credible, scalable solutions. From product ideation to global go-to-market, I help founders turn innovation into commercial growth.

Having held leadership roles across global CPG brands, I bring performance driven buying and design strategy to emerging and established brands. My capability spans B2B and D2C channels — managing multi-million-dollar P&Ls. I infuse brand story, market insight and operational discipline to build consumer brands that perform and resonate in the new paradigm of consumers.
-
I partner with developers, investors and operators to envision and activate the next generation of real estate and hospitality projects — where community, wellness and experience are architecture and strategy. From macro trend analysis and visioning to strategic project planning and implementable business models, I help shape environments that are meaningful, future-forward and operationally viable.
-
Networks are the new currency. I specialise in identifying, structuring and activating high-impact partnerships, alliances and ecosystem plays. From securing strategic brand collaborations to designing affiliate networks and investor syndicates, I help you scale beyond product into platform, community into movement.
Areas of Expertise
Most “future” work stops at ideas
Mine is about translation
I work at the convergence of human behaviour, consumer health, and the future of physical experience — advising organisations building what comes next.
For fifteen years I've been reading the signals most organisations notice too late: how people want to live, feel, belong, and engage with the world around them. I translate those signals into commercial strategy before the window closes.
I've founded two companies in femtech/ women's health and commercial brand strategy before those categories had names. I've held C-suite roles in corporate environments, led global teams across five continents, and advised ventures from early-stage startups to global CPG and hospitality brands.
The thread across all of it: I see where consumer behaviour is heading before it becomes obvious, and I help organisations build ahead of the curve.
I operate as a Strategic Foresight Advisor — embedded at a senior level, on a retainer basis — for brands organisations building at the intersection of health, experience, community and place.
If you're leading an organisation building the next generation of how people live, gather and feel — Iet’s talk.

Ways to work together.
Three entry points.
One through-line: Foresight that moves.
-
Embedded senior foresight leadership, one to two days per week. Ongoing strategic input, horizon scanning, scenario planning and consumer intelligence for your leadership team.
-
Two to three week intensive for brands and organisations. A specific strategic question answered with rigour: where is your consumer heading, what does your category look like in five years, where is your white space.
-
For leadership teams, boards and conferences. The future of human experience, consumer health and physical space — translated into commercial implications your organisation can act on.

Hospitality & Regenerative Living Futures Report
We’re entering a new era where hospitality developments are no longer judged solely by location, size, or service—but by the systems they regenerate, the approach to healthy living they restore, and the communities they uplift.
The question forward-thinking developers, investors, and operators are now asking is:
“How can we embed regenerative living into the core of hospitality—so guests leave better than they arrived, and the land thrives in the process?”
